Change of Circumstances

The Change of Circumstance (CoC) Service, is part of the wider Student Information Service (SIS), which utilises the HE Portal, allowing HE Providers to advise SLC of changes to a student's circumstances online.

On submission the notifications are sent automatically for processing.  All CoCs must be submitted via SIS with the exception of SAAS & PT Grant students (excluding new Welsh PT Loan & Grant students from AY14/15). Changes for SAAS students should be submitted directly to SAAS and for PT Grant students a CoC form should be requested from

Fee Waiver CoCs are automatically created from the information passed from the Bursaries system.
