Our annual HE Student Support Seminar is designed for Higher Education Providers (HEPs) and SLC to explore the extensive insight and knowledge that we share. By doing so we aim to enhance the student experience of the funding systems, and be better able to collaboratively deal with challenges and uncertainty.
The seminar was of benefit to the student finance community; universities, colleges, providers, SLC staff and policy makers, and ultimately the students themselves.
During this year's seminar delegates had an opportunity to attend a comprehensive range of workshops, discussion groups and plenary briefings, meet and discuss plans with SLC staff from across all our services and share best practice with your peers from HEPs across the UK. This year’s programme provided delegates with best practice arrangements for the effective and efficient management of information. We generated an invaluable range of actions and ideas for further improving and enhancing the student finance systems.
